The spankings shown in the videos that can be found on our main site, www.SpankedCoeds.com,
are characteristic of what you will receive during your shoots. We are only looking
for girls who can take a hard spanking. To see what you can expect during your Interview-Audition
see Spanked Coed Daija's movie below of her own Interview-Audition. Your Interview-Audition
spankings are firm, but not as hard as a performer can take who has been conditioned
for this industry. Spanking is just like any other athletic activity, you must be
conditioned and your tolerance for pain and the firmness of your spankings will increase
as you continue to perform, as will your pay for taking harder spankings. However,
spankings do hurt! If you do not have a tolerance for pain, then the Spanking Industry,
and High-Expectations Academy, in particular, is not for you.

That depends on how well you perform and how hard the spankings are that you can
take. First, you are NOT paid for your Interview-Audition.
But, you can make $150.00 to $400.00+ per hour if you are accepted following your
Interview-Audition. Some performers make $600.00+ per hour, but that is only for
Dedicated & Exceptional Performers of which there are very few! However, the better
you are, the more you make.
Your first shoot or two will pay $150.00. If you do well, then additional shoots
may pay more.
What is an Interview-Audition?
An Interview-Audition consists of 3 parts:
(1) The On-Line Application (found on the Models & Performers Page); (2) The Face-to-Face
Interview-Audition; and (3) The Performance Spanking-Audition.
If your application is accepted, a Face-to-Face Interview-Audition will be scheduled.
This is just what it says, we get together to inform you about the Spanking Industry
and to see how compatible we are and if we can work together. You will sign various
releases and waivers and you must bring 2 IDs with you, one of which is a government-issued
photo ID. Following your detailed interview that will tell you about us and what
is expected, you will then audition by completing your Performance Spanking-Audition,
which is exactly what it says--you will strip naked and be spanked. You will be
spaked OTK by hand, then bending over to be spanked with a hairbrush, and then presented
to be spanked with a strap.
Who Administers the Spanking?
Models are spanked by The Director/Headmaster.
The Director, Academy Headmaster, is an educator, research mathematician, and is
a long-time mentor and counselor of college coeds. As a former Air Force officer
and pilot, he is very professional and respects the personal dignity of all young
women, and especially those who perform for Spanked Coeds. He is authoritative yet
understanding, always wearing the expected Academy attire that conveys his respected
position.
There is NEVER any sexual encounter, only the administering of spankings and associated
required personal inspections and control. Whatever the spanking scenario, this
is a professional, artistic production, and we work with you to assure your finest
performance. The right girl may also administer spankings for girl-on-girl spankings.
Do I Have to Have Acting Experience?
No acting experience or training is required.
In fact, it is preferred that you have no acting experience as we are looking for
fresh talent unencumbered by pretense. If you wish to perform with a company that
has a concern for artistic talent, and if you believe that you have artistic-performing
talent, even if you have not had any training, then we may be right for each other.
Preferably, you will have no acting experience and will be open to learning what
you need to be a successful Spanking Performer with Spanked Coeds. Here you may
develop your acting skills while making an exceptional income. Spanked Coeds utilizes
an acting methodology that The Director has developed specifically for Spanked Coeds
-- Emersion Performance Acting Methodology. That is emersion and not immersion.
Immersion is characterized by Stanislavski's Method Acting Methodology. Emersion
is characterized by you bringing your own behavior as it impacts the character of
the performance. You are just to be yourself in a performance that you should already
know how to do -- being a disobedient college coed who gets spanked! You must be
an improvisational actor by responding naturally to whatever you are told to do.
What if I don't Live Where You Shoot?
At this time you must live in Columbus, Ohio, or be able to travel there for your
shoots.
OK, Just What is a Shoot, and What is a Performance?
A shoot consists of the time that you must spend on-set for your performances.
A performance is what you do as an actor to depict the actual scenario being filmed.
It is normally about 15- to 20-minutes in length, but may be from 10-minutes up to
an hour or more for the longer performances. A shoot consists of 3 to 5 performances,
depending on the length of each and how hard your spankings are. You will be on-set
performing for approximately 1.5 hours. However, you may be on-set for up to 4 hours
depending upon the preparation time required or your own briefings that may be required
for you to perform a specific scenario or for any breaks that you may need.
Where do the Shoots Take Place?
The shoots take place in our new Academy Rooming Home. See photo below. The Academy
Rooming Home is a home in a fine neighborhood. Although small, it does have a living
room, dining room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, office, viewing room, learning center,
etc. The home is located in Columbus, Ohio. Shown in the photo below is the living
room where new coeds are taken after being stripped naked to receive their initial
spankings. After being spanked they kneel as shown as other coeds, Daija and Lynn,
explain the rules of the home and what happens to girls who are disobedient. Daija,
Models' Director, is explaining the implements that are used on the girls to spank
them properly.
Am I Respected During My Performance & Is There Any Sex?
Absolutely, you are respected. And, there is absolutely no sex!!!
There is no casting couch for models or performers. This site is an exotic fantasy
site, and is not pornographic in nature. We are looking for the coed-next-door and
NOT the slut-next-door! Our performers and models are artists who are respected,
cared for and treated very well. We enjoy our work and want you to enjoy working
with us.
Are the Shoots Open to Observers?
No.
So as to minimize distractions of cameras and observers, the shoots are closed to
all but those required for the particular screenplay.
If you want a friend with you during the initial interview, you may bring a friend,
and frequently one of the current models will be present. However, the friend must
leave when you perform in a spanking-audition.
Well, Just How Long are the Shoots, How Long are the Spankings, and How Hard are
the Spankings?
Again, the shoots are normally about 1- to 1.5-hours, although you may be on-set
for up to 4 hours. A performance is essentially defined by the length of the spanking,
and must be from 3- to 6-minutes.
How hard are the spankings??? Well, how much money do you want to make and how much
pain can you tolerate for the exceptional pay? You will probably learn to do what
all other actors do in this industry--if the spankings begin to hurt a lot, ...,
just think of the money!
Do I Have to Perform Nude and Show My Face?
Yes! That’s the short answer. Although, there are exceptions. The critical part
is that you will be spanked on your bare bottom, and your face will be shown, preferably
with you crying. However, if you are otherwise acceptable, some performers may only
have to raise their skirt and pull their panties down as they bend over to be spanked.
Full nudity is not necessarily required, especially for those who may perform for
only one or two shoots. You are, of course, applying for a position as a Spanking
Performer & Model in an adult video performance. The focus of our productions is
on the performance of the girl. For most performers, your face, nude body, bare
bottom, etc., will be shown for the audience. You are the performer and will be
fully filmed for the video. Full body exposure will be vidographed and photographed
as required for the particular video. Naturalness of the scene is critical to us,
so we do not have the gratuitous exposures which are commonplace in this industry.
But, yes, most performers will be nude and will be fully filmed, including your face.
If I Am Accepted, Can I Recruit My Boyfriends and Girlfriends?
You may recruit any of your girlfriends. We have no openings for male performers
or models. Your girlfriends are certainly welcome to apply here, and we encourage
you to recommend them to us. They will have to go through the same application process
that you have, so they must first apply on-line and proceed from there. We will
not, however, hire them just because you refer them, and have immediately dismissed
friends of our models quickly who clearly would not be acceptable. Each girl obtains
her position as a result of her own talent, and not because of who she knows!
As for your boyfriends, they may go to Women Spanking Men and apply to be spanked.
Are There Any Physical Requirements -- Weight, Appearance, Body Piercing, Tattoos,
Dress Codes, Etc.?
Yes!
First, we are generally looking for girls who are 18- to 26-years-old, although older
girls are considered for various Academy positions. But we mainly need those who
can actually perform as an 18- to 22-year-old college coed without any problem.
Therefore, 18- to 26-year-old girls is the preferred age. [It is also noted that
if you look too young; i.e., you are 18-years-old; e.g., but look 15, you will NOT
be hired!!!]
Acceptance of physical requirements is mainly dependent on the individual and the
individual's personality. The criteria for physical appearance-acceptability is
determined by The Director (Headmaster). There are certain physical qualities that
are desired, and only those girls who meet those qualities will be hired. While
physical appearance is a primary attribute that we consider, we are not looking for
the Hollywood Starlet, but for The Coed-Next-Door. Body piercings and tatoos may
be acceptable and most of our current models do have tattoos. However, in this industry
a clean appearance is normally preferred. If in doubt, send photos that present
your tatoos or other body ornaments, and then demonstrate your performing abilities
during an Interview-Audition. One of the more important attributes is your dress
-- our dress code is very strict. You are to dress as a schoolgirl -- in the traditional
sense! Baggy trousers, jeans, tattered shorts, etc., are not acceptable. Part of
your interviewing criteria is whether or not you dress appropriately for the part
for which you are applying and are willing to continue to dress as we direct. If
you show up for your interview in blue jeans, shorts, etc., you will not be interviewed!
You must wear business dress attire for your interview, skirt and blouse, and dress
as a well-dressed college coed for your shoots.
In addition to the above, you must be attractive, not overweight, and have a pleasing,
traditional coed-type appearance. An athletic or average build girl is preferred.
