The spankings shown in the videos that can be found on our main site, www.SpankedCoeds.com, are characteristic of what you will receive during your shoots.  Also, see the sample clip below under the Director’s photo.  

We are only looking for girls who can take a hard spanking.  Remember that spankings do hurt!  If you do not have a tolerance for pain, then the Spanking Industry, and High-Expectations Academy, in particular, is not for you.    

How Much Can I Make?  

How good are you???  

Your pay depends on:  (1)  How well you perform; and (2)  How hard the spankings are that you can take.  

You must complete an On-Line Application, Photo-Shoot, Punishment Profile, Spanking-Audition and a Performance-Audition to determine if you qualify.   

You will be paid $100.00 for your Interview-Audition IF you complete the entire Interview-Audition.   The Interview-Audition consists of 5 parts, and you must comlete all 5 parts to get paid.  After that, you can make $200.00 to $800.00 per shoot if you pass the Interview-Audition successfully.     

The better you are, the more you get paid.  

What is an Interview-Audition?

An Interview-Audition consists of 5 parts:   (1) The On-Line Application (found on the Models & Performers Page) which must be completed before any Face-to-Face Interview will be scheduled; (2) The Photo-Shoot; (3) The Punishment Profile,  (4) The Spanking-Audition, and (5) The Performance-Audition.  

NOTE:  The Punishment Profile is simply an interview in which your spanking background is determined.  As noted on the application, you must have been spanked since you were 18 either for real or your own fantasy.  This Punishment Profile relates those experiences.  

You must come to the Interview dressed well.  You are a model and you will be evaluated first as a model that includes a dress and nude evaluation.  If you do not have the “look” that we need, your Interview will be over and no Audition-Spanking will be given.   

You will sign various waivers and you must bring 2 IDs with you, one of which is a government-issued photo ID.  

Who Administers the Spankings? 

Models are spanked by The Director/Headmaster Ken.  

The Director, Academy Headmaster, is an educator, research mathematician, and is a long-time mentor and counselor of college coeds.  As a former Air Force officer and pilot, he is very professional and respects the personal dignity of all young women, and especially those who perform for Spanked Coeds.  He is authoritative yet understanding.  

For Spanking Performers there is never any sexual encounter, only the administering of spankings and associated required personal inspections and control.  Whatever the spanking scenario, this is a professional, artistic production, and we work with you to assure your finest performance.

Do I Have to Have Acting Experience?

No acting experience or training is required.   Here you may develop your acting skills while making an exceptional income.  Spanked Coeds utilizes an acting methodology that The Director has developed specifically for Spanked Coeds -- Emersion Performance Acting Methodology.  That is emersion and not immersion.  Immersion is characterized by Stanislavski's Method Acting Methodology and is designed for accomplished actors.  Emersion  is characterized by you bringing your own behavior to the performance as it impacts the performance scenario and is designed for someone who is not an accomplished actor.  You are just to be yourself in a performance that you should already know how to do -- being a disobedient college coed who gets spanked!  

What if I don't Live Where You Shoot?

At this time you must live in Columbus, Ohio, or be able to travel there for your shoots.  

OK, Just What is a Shoot, and What is a Performance?

A shoot  consists of the time that you must spend on-set for your performances.  A performance is what you do as an actor to depict the actual scenario being filmed.  It is normally about 15- to 20-minutes in length, but may be from 10-minutes up to an hour or more for the longer performances.  A  shoot consists of 3 to 5 performances, depending on how long and how hard your spankings are.  You will be on-set performing for approximately 1.5 to 2 hours.  However, you may be on-set for up to 4 hours depending upon the preparation time required or your own briefings that may be required for you to perform a specific scenario or for any breaks that you may need.  

Where do the Shoots Take Place?

The shoots take place in our Academy Rooming Home.  See photo.  The Academy Rooming Home is a home in a fine neighborhood.  Although small, it does have a living room, dining room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, office, viewing room, learning center, etc.  The home is located in Columbus, Ohio.  

Shown in the photo is the living room where new coeds are taken after being stripped naked to receive their initial spankings.  After being spanked they kneel as shown as other coeds, Daija and Lynn in this case, explain the rules of the home and what happens to girls who are disobedient.    

Am I Respected During My Performance & Is There Any Sex?

Absolutely, you are respected.      And, for Spanking Performers, there is absolutely no sex!!!     If you do want such performances, ask the Director.  

Are the Shoots Open to Observers?

Normally not.  So as to minimize distractions of cameras and observers, especially for new performers, the shoots are closed to all but those required for the particular screenplay.  If you want a friend with you during the initial interview, you may bring a friend, and one of the current models will be present.  However, the friend must leave when you perform in a spanking-audition.  However, there are opportunities for observers who pay to see the shoot.  When they do, you will receive additional pay.

How Long are the Shoots, How Long are the Spankings, How Hard are the Spankings?

Again, the shoots are normally about 1- to 1.5-hours, although you may be on-set for up to 4 hours.  A performance is essentially defined by the total time of the spankings, and can be from 5- to 10-minutes; e.g., 3 spankings that are 2- to 3-minutes each.   How hard are the spankings???  Well, how much money do you want to make?  Right now we are looking only for those girls who can take hard spankings.  

Do I Have to Perform Nude and Show My Face?

Yes!  It is critical that you are spanked on your bare bottom, and your face will be shown, preferably with you crying.  Videos of crying girls who are spanked hard sell better and, therefore, you will make more money.  

If I Am Accepted, Can I Recruit My Boyfriends and Girlfriends?

You may recruit any of your girlfriends.   We have no openings for male performers or models.   Your girlfriends are certainly welcome to apply, and we encourage you to recommend them to us.  They will have to go through the same application process that you have, so they must first apply on-line.  We will not, however, hire them just because you refer them, and we have immediately dismissed friends of our models quickly who clearly would not be acceptable.  Each girl obtains her position as a result of her own talent, and not because of who she knows!  

Are There Any Physical Requirements--Weight, Appearance, Body Piercing, Tattoos, Etc.?

Yes!   Absolutely!!!   And, the first thing you had better do is arrive at your Face-to-Face Interview dressed properly as a professional woman or schoolgirl, wearing an appropriate skirt and blouse!  If you arrive in blue jeans or other such attire, you wll not be interviewed.  

We are looking for girls who are 18- to 26-years-old, although we may consider those who are older.  You must be able to perform as an 18- to 22-year-old college coed without any problem, or be able to assume an “Academy position” if you are older.   [It is also noted that if you look too young; i.e., you are 18-years-old; but, for example, look 15, you will NOT be hired!!!]  Right now, I want the coed-next-door-type girl who performs well in a domestic-type environment.  

Acceptance of physical requirements is mainly dependent on the individual and the individual's personality.  The criteria for physical appearance-acceptability is determined by The Director (Headmaster).    

A clean body is preferred, but body piercings and tatoos may be acceptable and most of our current models do have tattoos.  However, in this industry a clean appearance is normally preferred.   If in doubt, send photos that present your tatoos or other body ornaments, and then demonstrate your performing abilities during an Audition.   

One of the more important attributes is your dress -- our dress code is very strict.  You are to dress as a  schoolgirl  -- in the traditional sense!  Baggy trousers, jeans, tattered shorts, etc., are not acceptable.  Part of your interviewing criteria is whether or not you dress appropriately for the part for which you are applying and are willing to continue to dress as we direct.  If you show up for your interview in blue jeans, shorts, etc., you will not be interviewed!  You must wear business dress attire for your interview, skirt and blouse, and dress as a well-dressed college coed for your shoots.  

In addition to the above, you must be attractive, not overweight, and have a pleasing, traditional coed-type appearance.  

An athletic or average-build girl is preferred.

Girls who want to be spanked as a model or who just want to be punished for real, will have to show that they can take a hard spanking.  The clip shown here of Daija being spanked OTK demonstrates what a new girl will have to “pass” before she will be accepted into the Academy.  This spanking continued for 5 minutes, 27 seconds, and Daija had her bare bottom slapped 500 times!  If you want to be spanked, you will have to “audition” by having your bare bottom slapped 500 times.  

PUNISHING  GIRLS

It is important that when a girl needs to be punished, that she is punished hard and long.  She needs to have her bare-bottom spanked hard to impress on her that her disciplinarian is serious about her improving her behavior.  Here Heather receives a 6-minute, 25-second strapping with the Punishment Strap and she received 300 strokes!  Once a girl is accepted at the Academy, she can expect to receive whatever spanking, strapping or whipping her Headmaster (or Master for Slavegirls) wants to give her!
